A riotous display of colour and movement – The Butterfly Collection brings a poignant message of fragility and beauty.
Butterflies are an increasingly endangered group of insects. The performance engages the imagination to to hear the fascinating things insects have to say. They taste with their feet and mistake humans for flowers. We must protect them.
This act has been performed worldwide as far as Singapore, Korea, The middle-east, USA and all over Europe. In 2018 The butterfly Collection won best performer award in Kunming China.
It can be featured simply as a show that brings real magic wow to a festival or event, the way it sticks in the memory its publicity and profile. Or it can be part of a new project creating an open air zone of giant insect jigsaw puzzles, waggle dancing bees and other elements to educate all city dwellers to provide nourishing flowers and habitats to save our little insect helpers.
