Combining aerial dance, circus, acrobatics and spectacle, Let’s Circus is able to provide all of the infrastructure, personnel and experience to create dramatic outdoor aerial performances. We can supply a number of bespoke aerial rigs and have experience in flying artists from cranes, tall ships, building facades, big tops and trees. Our head of aerial has been responsible for flying up to 80 volunteers from a crane for the last three NE England visits of Spanish company La Fura Del Baus. On the small scale, our aerial showcase performances feature as few as two artists combining skills such as trapeze, silks, aerial hoop, static cloudswing, rope and straps. Frequent short acts introduced by a compere make for a great spectacle in a location where crowd build-up is undesirable.
Duration: Aerial routines tend to be 3-6mins long. A team of five artists can create 4 x 20minute shows for a daily programme featuring solo, duo, trio and double double routines.
Location: Artists based in North East, Scotland, Yorkshire + elsewhere
Notes: Each rig has different specifications.
We have freestanding rigs that stand on hard surface or grass, we also have a goalpost rig that requires ballast or staking into grass. There is a time and infrastructure cost associated with all aerial rigging requirements and our head rigger will quote according to the logistics of the space.
