For 10 days in July, the north east will be host to a residential visit from Australia's 'Spaghetti Circus'. This world-class company is at the top of the game and will be taking part in many public events across the period. Don't miss their show at the Journal Tyne Theatre in Newcastle as part of the Five Ring Circus Festival, and check out www.fiveringcircus.net for more festival details.

October 24 and 25, Tynemouth Longsands, Whitley Bay.
Two days of workshops, master classes, demonstrations and specialist lessons for youth circus participants in a circus Big Top. Featuring professional teachers from around the world, this will be the first event to specifically bring together all youth circus participants from Tyneside and across the North East. We hope that the event will contain Acrobatics and Acrobalance, Unicycling, Manipulation, High Wire, Fire Performance, Clowning, Performance Skills and more.
