Events Management

As event managers and creative programmers, the focus of our events is simple – to involve everyone. We invite strangers to become a community and audiences to become participants. We break through boundaries through playful facilitators and engaging activities.

Our specialty in programming is to create a team of professionals whose motivation spurs from making successful events. This is a step beyond delivering a collection of acts and artists purely to create an entertainment program. Our teams work together, to make things work, whatever the circumstances.

We can bring in a few artists for a one-day event or a large team to produce an entire Street Arts festival.

We have been successful in managing public events in the following project styles:

Street Events

Street eventsOur experience with developing and managing street events has seen us transform everyday spaces to extraordinary places. From city centres to parks and shopping precincts our street event productions and programmes have animated familiar places with laughter, spectacle and the absurd.

Venue Based

Venue-based eventsWe facilitate programmes to provide entertainment and activities within schools, cultural institutions, sporting and community centres.

Tent Based

Tent-based eventsFor festivals and special events Let’s… Circus! have managed and delivered Big Top programmes bringing high quality shows, workshops and tuition to amateurs, professionals and new audiences.
